Honestly - the most professional and best selection I’ve seen in many places , not just upstate but in nyc in general. Best yet - somehow they manage to be about $5 cheaper then their competitors if you buy weekly or multiple times a week you save big time. Appreciate this place a lot, always professional, always happy to help and they throw a lot of events inside for promotions , community events - they have it all. Check em out , once you visit you’ll always wanna come back - oh the hours also are just amazing

Patrick provided an awesome experience from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made great recommendations based on what I was looking for and clearly knows the products well. The staff was welcoming, the store was clean and well organized, and the whole process was easy. If you’re looking for great customer service and quality products, I definitely recommend stopping by Black Market Cana Co and asking for Patrick!

Had an amazing experience at this dispensary! Ashanti, Grace, and Lord went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The staff made me feel welcome and answered all my questions without any pressure. The selection is great and prices are fair. I’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend this place to anyone. Top notch service all around! 🙌

This review is LONG overdue! I really appreciate having Black Market Cannabis in the neighborhood (just a convenient a block away from the Poughkeepsie Train Station and the river)—it’s been such a positive and welcome addition. Every time I go in, the staff are kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and the space always feels so clean, tidy, and well organized, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. I also want to mention Grace specifically—she’s helped me a few times now, and she is always so warm, professional, and thoughtful. It’s really nice seeing her when I come in, and she truly makes the experience feel even more personal. What I love most is the sense of community they’ve created. Between the pop-ups and social events, it feels like more than just a dispensary. Exclusive variety of beverages, resins, flowers and anything else you can imagine! I’ve seen such a diverse range of people there, and it’s always felt like a completely judgment-free space which is something I look for and value a lot in businesses. Overall, I’m really grateful and lucky to have a place like this so close to home ✨

I had a really great visit thanks to the team here. Eric, the general manager, took the time to walk me through everything and shared a lot of helpful knowledge about the different strains and products. Jessica, the budtender, was excellent as well—she clearly knows her stuff and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The prices were also a big plus. Overall, the staff made the visit memorable, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back.
